Below is our simple, streamlined process for selling your home with Port St Lucie Realty.

1. Listing Consultation

Give us a call and we’ll walk you through the selling process, answer your questions, and explain exactly what services you receive.

2. Pricing Your Home

During our consultation, we’ll discuss any upgrades and improvements you’ve made, along with key details such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, additional features, and overall condition. We’ll also gather additional property data—like square footage, lot size, and age—from the St Lucie County Property Appraiser. Using this information, we’ll compare your home to recent sales, pending sales, and active listings to determine a precise, market-ready listing price.

3. Listing Agreement

If you choose to move forward, we’ll email you the listing agreement for signature along with the seller disclosure to complete.

4. Agent Visit

Once the paperwork is signed, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to collect the information needed for MLS. At that time we will also install the lockbox and yard sign.

5. Professional Photography

During the agent visit, a professional real estate photographer will take high-quality photos that will be used in the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and all real estate websites.

6. Your Home Goes Live

After we input all details and photos into the MLS, your home is officially on the market and syndicated across the web.

7. Showings Made Simple

When an agent requests a showing, you’ll receive a text alert allowing you to approve, decline, or suggest a new time—putting you in control of who enters your home and when.

8. Negotiating the Best Deal

When an offer comes in, we’ll review every term with you — price, closing date, inspections, financing timelines, and your estimated net proceeds. You can accept, reject, or counter, and we’ll handle all negotiations with the buyer’s agent on your behalf.

9. We Handle the Paperwork

Once all terms are accepted and your home is officially under contract, we guide you through inspections, the appraisal, title work, and every contract deadline to ensure a smooth, on-time closing.

10. Close — and Keep More of Your Equity

You don’t pay anything until closing. On average, our sellers keep an extra $10,000 in their pocket compared to traditional 5–6% commission models.
